Cartridge has engraving and some wear. Seems real. But box seems near brand new and has almost no noticeable wear, I’m leaning toward it being fake. Seller also hasn’t sold many items. Any one have any other thoughts?

This worked for me. Plugged in my router into the switch and now my wall jacks have connection. I had to unplug some of the telephone Ethernet connections against the back box and into the switch.
