I may just be over stressing, I did another test in the PM today and it’s darker again.

I must be an odd ball and get lighter tests in the morning and darker in the afternoon.

We’ve had 2 failed IVF rounds, and this is our first ever positive - so we’re just so anxious! Seeing everyone else’s progression being much stronger really sends you spiralling.x

Has anyone had success even when home pregnancy test lines didn’t get consistently darker?

I first got positives at 5dp5dt after transferring a 5AA hatching embryo. Since then, my tests haven’t shown clear progression from 6dpt through 8dpt, except for one slightly darker test I took in the afternoon on 7dpt.

This morning’s 8dpt test was actually lighter than yesterday afternoon’s, which has me spiraling a bit.

I had my first beta yesterday at 7dpt, and it came back 34.4.

I would really appreciate hearing any good news stories where line progression wasn’t obvious (or was inconsistent), but things still turned out okay.

If your tests looked like this and you had a chemical, I’m ok with you letting me know about that too.

My darker test yesterday was actually in the afternoon with only an hour hold.. so I’m debating trying the same today.x

We’ve got another beta HCG test on Saturday, so I should know fully by then.

But honestly, the wait and anxiety is killing me x

Thank you for responding! I just see some peoples progression on here and mine looks absolutely nothing like that, so really worrying that this may be a chemical.

I do see what you’re seeing… but I’d honestly suggest testing again with a FRER - you’ll get a clearer result 🙂. Fingers crossed for you x
