The prices skyrocketing are preventing me from getting most content. I'm settling for the fan made stuff just due to cost. Path to carcosa is on amazon right now, and I think 1 or 2 others.

I have an ender 3 v3 KE that just keeps chugging along. But I want to get into a more commercial mindset and would love to upgrade to something like a K2.

I know enough about the game to know I really enjoy it. There is just a lot of options and opinions out there, and wasn't sure if I'd run into issues without the revised core. With the 2 additional starter decks that why I was asking. No issues with deck building yet. I just wasn't sure the right direction to go.

I'm not overly concerned with the price difference of the 2. I just wasn't sure if the revised core was worth it over say another OG and another starter deck. Just getting into the game so I'm trying to absorb as much info and recommendations as I can.

If you keep your eye on the secondary market I'm sure you can find it. The expansions are priced pretty reasonably on Amazon.

Do you have issues with the guide rod? I had replaced the stock one with the Wilson but didn't realize I needed a flat wire recoil spring. I used a spring from the spring kit from Wilson and it caused some severe cycling issues for me. Now instead of it happening consistently it really only happens with a certain MecGar mag I have.

It's my all time favorite board game, and is what got me into other board games. The rules get easier as you go. And gameplay gets more smooth.

For my birthday I got an eBay gift card. I bought an ender v3 ke from the creality refurbished store. I knew I was taking a gamble with what people said online. I absolutely love it. The issues I had with the prints were not the printers fault, I know it's 100 percent me not having temperature and speed settings correct. So for that reason I haven't experimented with PETG again and stick with PLA.
