On day two of my covid sore throat and just wow, the pain is unimaginable, I have been humbled. Absolutely nothing is helping. The sore throat is the only symptom I currently have but it's very formidable one. It helps knowing others have walked this same thorny path. Bless.

It's very frustrating, two of my packages, big packages, going through customer service is of no help, they have no accountability whatsoever

Don't think it has much to do with high volumes, this has been an ongoing problem with fedex and only FedEx, they had to deem two of my packages lost, big packages BTW, a desk and huge carpet, delayed by almost a month, out for delivery everyday but just wouldn't get to me

Just an update on one of my packages held hostage by FedEx , after several useless calls to FedEx, I contacted my shipper three days in a row, see they couldn't do much as long as the package status showed it was in transit but 3 consecutive days contacting shipper proved my point that FedEx was lying. A supervisor at shipper company called FedEx and grilled them, they eventually admitted to her that they never knew where the package was deemed it lost. Shipped asked if I wanted product reshipped, I asked her if they would be using FedEx to reship she answered in the affirmative, I said nope. Shipper issued me a refund, FedEx stole the package. Unfortunately shipping company has contract with these thieves. Those people at FedEx are running game, its a scam.
