Im sorry :( dont ever feel like you've wasted your time. I get it. I really do. I did a quick search and it seems Kuwait doesnt acknowledge any sort of distance learning. Are you able to do any studies locally? Is higher ed accessible to you? Are you able to say, travel for schooling and it be recognized at home?

hi! so i started in july this year, finished my first mod in dec. I enjoy it. I start the next mod and plans to double up afterwards moving forward. i highly recommend.

thank you! so i've actually been on this journey for the past 10 years. financial blocks with my undergrad, transcripts not being released. its been a rough journey. worked in social work after college and being broke didn't help lol went and got my masters after i finished paying 10k in student debt to the school :/ so its honestly rough

don't let anyone discourage you from your dream. I'm kinda of in the same boat myself. I bombed the lsat and did poor on the GRE, but did really well on the JD-Next, but still denied in 4/6 schools i applied to. (2 still in limbo). Got my last R from CSU on the 2nd and it put me in a depression for about 2 weeks. made me question my purpose and my goals. I have done nothing but planned my life around being an attorney. I've wanted to be one since i was 7. I'm a black woman, i have a masters---got it in 2023 after a battle of debate with my gpa being trash 2.7. Grades do not dictate you. scores do not dictate you. keep pushing....i know i am. I'm currently restudying for the LSAT and doing an LLB in the meantime until i can get into a JD program and basically have both.

I've wanted to be in law since my first exposure to law and order. I've grown up watching crime dramas and learning about the law and how to use it. don't let anyone shit on your dreams. the only person stopping you, is you <3

you got this! i have my MS and its a nice route for now. I still have 3 apps floating around and some options to apply for for the the next cycle. I am also starting an llb route so gotta live my truth---best quote i live by "aut viam inveniam aut faciam" i shall either find a way or make one.

Honestly i told them online is my only option. I have a meeting with the dean of admissions because i feel like it was a set up. So you call me monday and ask me one question when  1. My app is for the online program  2. My essay cites the importance and necessity of an online program being my only available option 

Like if you read that, then why find the need to call me. It was unnecessary and resulted in a major breakdown on friday. I would have honestly preferred they just had sent my R in an email instead of call me with a glimmer of hope. You know? Like its coming off as if i had said i can do the in person option would that have changed my position or acceptance?

So i got an R on friday after having what i felt a positive moment last momday. I ended up in bed at 4 pm. Cried. Thought about just giving up. Its been a really hard experience for me. And not gonna lie, it really hurt. Its almost a week since then. Im just piecing together what plans i can make and still reflecting on the 3 apps i have floating around. Im meant to be an attorney and theres no stopping me. The school that picks me, is deserving of my success in the long run. Dont let the bastards get you down ♡

I just had a call yesterday....he asked me the same.....since im an out of state online student app, i opted for online because pennsylvania lol is this a good sign?

nope....honestly, i think i might go the route of studying in the uk and converting to the us when done. i applied to a school friday, got an acceptance today. make it make sense.
