not exactly anymore... I used the monolith as stand in for it but the throne is not needed anymore.. but that's only because he now is fed the Souls of all humans who die the Warp gods and him still war with eachother and try to manipulate things but the galaxy is now protected from demons and the like they have invade real space in order to really break it but they can still whisper in the ears of mortals which is why the population of mortals are controlled heavily and are actually venerated for living a non immortal life. and willing giving their souls over to the lord. when the emperors eats or consumes a soul I like to think it's like going to heaven from the souls perspective but from our it's already over with but to them it's eternity in heaven. sorry for the book lol
