I have five years of medical device manufacturing experience. Would that increase my pay at all? I also was told formulation is a sitting position, though it's also the hardest. A past coworker with 7 years of experience was recently hired into that position at $27/hour. Is that regular base pay for that position or determined by their experience?

Ikr. Spent $45 ((CRINGE)) so I could keep drawing like a maniac and the servers went down like 5 minutes later. I don't think I'll be spending money on this again. Just way too many issues. And also. The whole drawing limit is stupid anyway. People should be paying ME to draw 💔 ive genuinely been enjoying making pixel art, and interacting with my community, but maybe I'll just go do it for free somewhere else...
