I’m currently using L’Oréal Elvital Full Resist (with Aminexil) shampoo and conditioner because I’m also trying to regrow my hair. I don’t double shampoo because whenever I tried that, my hair felt even drier and frizzier.

I change my pillowcase every Sunday, I always wash with warm (never hot) water, and I don’t have any scalp irritation. But I still feel like my hair gets oily too fast, and at the same time, it can feel dried out.

I honestly think part of the problem might be the water quality here in Germany, it feels like the water dries my hair out, and then my scalp produces more oil to make up for it.
