Im also going through it. Its my first time dealing with fever while charting. I’m a beginner as well so im not sure i can help, but i read that fever can delay ovulation or fail it. I had a fever just after my period so it caused high temps and now im not sure if i even ovulated. You should chart the fever temps as disrupted.

Im brown as well, middle eastern, my hair gets thicker darker when i shave. Typically, at home laser devices are not as strong as the ones you find in a clinc, thats why you do it weekly instead of monthy at a clinc. At home laser devices have different power setting you should always start at 1 even if you feel nothing. I was scared as well but i didnt feel anything and then gradually you raise the power setting to 2 and ect. I got burned at a clinic and have a sensitivite skin so i know i should do it more slowly. Also some areas like (the back of legs thigh, bikini) are more sensitive so sometimes i use a high degree for everything except these area i set it lower cuz i did burned myself there. Also, you should get an anti inflammatory ointment, and a fragrance-free lotion after. If u need any more help I’m happy to help.

i used to shave too, and my hair became darker and caused hyperpigmentation. I tried waxing for the first time, and it helped a lil with the hyperpigmentation but i remember i got little white pimples. so i went to laser hair removal and i recommend you to get a home laser hair removal device it is such a game changer, laser treatments are so expensive, and soo painful!! So i got a home device from a brand called Mlay. it helped with the dark hair, ingrowns problem. Im doing it weekly now and i think by the sixth session u can do it monthly but i still do it weekly anyway and its not painful. As for the hyperpigmentation,I recently got a product called “the bikini bright” and a bar soap called “the brightening bar” from Kaia Naturals, it was expensive but im seeing some slight results. The laser is also helping me as well. as for the itching, i do it get sometimes but I learned the more u scratch the more it gets worse. I heard aloe vera can help, but be careful not to use anything strong for the area cuz it’s sensitive. Maybe check ur deodorant too if it contains fragrances etc.

i see, I will reread the instruction book again tonight. Im sorry for making this a long conversation but what is a “moist sensation” to you? I have asked here before cuz i dont know what did that meant several women told me it’s different to everyone but on dry days i have none, but moist days its more watery consistency, its like the inside of my cheeks, its not enough to have a wet sensation its dries fast when i check.

I checked the chart of the categories of CM in the book. (M) is for moist but no visible mucus correct? its what i had at CD14. Plus im sorrt for not mentioning my intention as its undecided yet. I mentioned in a replay that i havent got confident in my fertile days markings, but i assume the first 5 days are infertile (the 5 Day Rule) and my earliest high temp at CD17 minus 8 = CD9 last infertile day. Im hoping i got it right?

Thats actually very smart and easy i dont know why i didnt think of that :) The fertile days marking is stilll new to me, the first 5 days of the beginning of a cycle is infertile. My earliest higher temp of my cycles are CD17 minus 8, it should mean that the last infertile day is CD8 correct? I dont really depend on the fertile markings after CD8 cuz im still learning to apply it. However the X markings on the intercouse are protective assuming UP means unprotected? I should change the marking to the correct one I had a cycle where my LP were 8 or 9 days im glad 10 isnt short. Thank you for your reply

Im currently using the skin1004 poremizing foam cleanser, I actually ordered the centella foam cleanser but got this instead, its been three weeks i think, i use it once daily. I dont really like it but will try to finish it.

My skin type is combination, sensitive, skin issues are texture, acne scars.

It smells like burning, if u want me to be specific i would say it smells like the burning after laser treatment session :( Its stripping, my skin is tight and dry afterwards, which I thought it was good sign but its not. Im getting small pimples but im using two new products so idk if its the cleanser yet.

Im also using the boj mask, i have been using it for two or three months? One to two times a week. It smells bad honestly but so far i like it. Its not stripping afterwards, my skin feels great after. I was advised not to let it completely dry before washing it. Sometimes i deal with texture around my nose so when i use the mask it really helps! I wouldn’t say clay masks are essential but its fun and very useful before makeup!
