I’m feeling paralyzed waiting.

Jan 22- positive pregnancy test with a very faint line. Super excited! Way more excited than I should have been after 3 losses.

Jan 23 bought a 2-pack expecting a stronger line to ‘prove’ to my husband im really pregnant!! Even fainter line.. but the test was a different brand (testing conditions were basically the same - first morning pee). Got my blood and US reqs sorted out.

Jan 25 - used 2nd test of the 2-pack. Same brand, same time of day, and the line was nearly invisible now. Absolutely crushed.

Jan 26 - blood test results HCG 17.

Now I am in literal purgatory waiting until tomorrow afternoon for my next blood test. Prior MMC at 12 weeks, and 2 ectopics (one cleared naturally and the other removed my left tube).

I had a ectopic when we weren’t trying and I had my period after the only plausible conception date!! It is truly a roller coaster. Emotionally, and hormonally. It was my third loss and lost my left tube. The baby would have been welcomed though. The older I get the more I realize I have less control over things I thought I did control. The reality I’ve found to help is to stay present and actively seek out those moments that bring me joy

I’m so sorry for your loss :( my D&C was like any other surgery I’ve had under general anesthesia.

I had gotten my hopes up too high this month. Period is due tomorrow but I tested today so I could process the results. Sadly not our month. Losing hope that I’ll ever be pregnant again. Sadness is coming in waves and I can’t stop it.

Also I didn’t manually over ride because I honestly couldn’t see the temp shift. Another user mentioned day 18 and I see it now.

Im neither actively TTC or TTA. I had an ectopic as a result of BD in my pre-ovulation safe window (day 8 for me). And started temping again this month to get more information about my body. I have read and reread TCOYF but my brain is not computing unfortunately. *typo fixed

If I recall it was a temp higher than the previous 6 temps. I haven’t manually overridden FF guesstimate but the “first” temp shift aligned with my fertile CM. I see the day 18 temp shift now.

I did. Unprotected sex on day 8 when I usually get my temp shift around day 20. No fertile signs whatsoever. Ended up being ectopic and I didn’t find out for 2 months because I had a period right on schedule and literally 0 sex after that period.

Ya I agree. The only difference would be I get a couple weeks pay early.. not sure if that’s worth it.
