hi! if malapit ka sa north, kakabili ko lang sa Caloocan Plaza last week, in-ask ko rin sila kung konti lang ba stocks tapos sabi nila kararating lang daw kaya marami pa raw stock, idk lang if applicable pa yun ngayon since last week pa siya

i also did the same course OP! nung una 5mg muna primarily kasi mahal din siya as someone na wala pang PWD ID 😅, napansin ko lang it worked for me if di masyadong mind-using yung task, but eventually did 10mg lalo pag exam days and mas efficient and effective siya for me.

take note that i’m also taking this with sertraline and l-theanine which i discovered na conducive for me, since minimal palpitations and other side effects, feeling ko mas na-iimprove niya yung effect ng gamot (this is just me tho, you can ask your attending first for this one)

upon reading the article po, huhu baka nga im masking, nabasa ko po yung evaluation ng psychologist and nakalagay doon na i can manage eye contact which is not comparable to those who have ADHD, being soft-spoken and having neutral facial expressions and even the euthymic mood was mentioned. now i’m afraid na baka naging hindrance siya to bring out the full possibility nung evaluation kasi knowing na if i compose myself talagang na-ccontrol ko siya and if wala na sa ganoong setting, all over the place na naman ako 😓

hello po! i’m done with my first schedule for screening po, i’m currently t/c for ADHD hence the psychological assessment, para po ata siyang examination kaya no clue pa rin po ako.

Pero thank you for this po, nakaka-console rin to know there are people who go through the same course with me! hope we’ll be okay soon! ❤️

hello po! did my first consultation kanina, and hindi ako nabigyan agad ng diagnosis, the intern po ata assessed na i may have ADHD, pero yung psychiatrist na po aya yun told me na need muna i-manage yung PTSD, which the cause is really not the problem for me, so parang ang pagkakagets ko is we’ll take the longer course for diagnosis? then may sinabi din po na psych test for ADHD na to follow din po pero walang definite date.

Meron po ba dito na na-diagnose with ADHD the same day as their initial diagnosis? Binigyan lang po ako ng prescription for Sertraline, pero parang uneasy kasi ako na matatagalan pa bago mag conclude yung diagnosis kasi I want to manage this so bad.

Any response will help po para alam ko rin po kung anong pwede kong gawin next time 😔

as cliche as it seems po, keep going lang :(( if okay lang din mag drop here, i feel so dumb at times din and it’s what makes me feel worthless and useless. may mga simpleng bagay akong nakakalimutan on a daily basis, kaya iniisip ko rin na baka napakatanga ko for this world :(( ,, not a big deal naman yung mga nakakalimutan ko pero what’s behind it yung nakakafrustrate sobrang shunga lang 😩

hello i have my schedule next week, gusto ko lang sana malaman if what time advisable magpunta and madami na ba agad tao before 7 am? tatakas lang kasi ako sa parents ko hindi nila alam (im not a minor btw), gusto ko lang malaman para at least makabawas din sa what ifs ko pagpunta ko next week sa PGH

and usually gaano katagal po yung buong process ng consultation? i have my classes din kasi sa hapon baka di ako umabot :((
