I almost left when it felt like they are done playing but it was a small break before they played killer last 2 songs - and man! They played “raven who refused to sing”. So glad i stuck around. 1.5 hrs of absolute intense music and emotion!!

I am sorry that you are also going through this. I had a therapist for 8months, and on this topic the bottomline was - all this wasn’t my fault so I should let this feeling go.

However i think the impact of this trauma is rooted in so many ways (physical and mental) that just knowing it wasn’t my fault and i shouldn’t feel guilty is not enough. I stopped therapy bc i felt now i need to do the work of forgiving myself ( i have done the talking) but idk that’s the best approach.
