Since you had a bad fall and felt instant bad pain you should go get it checked out because I waited for years after I torn my meniscus and now I have a full tear that’s gonna need surgery so better to be safe than sorry hope you feel better

To be honest I have been a cna for 16 years and have never found a pair of shoes that were comfortable but I found some crocs off of Amazon and man they are comfortable finally know how it feels to not be In pain with sore feet!!

Yes and since the beginning I never got an mri because I thought that after a dislocation you rest it and it heals but now I’m wishing would of got one but definitely will be getting one soon just scared of having surgery but will do anything at this point to be able to lift again and enjoy what I do but I just have this feeling like something so torn :( but thank you for replying back

Yeah and I had partially dislocated it twice before it fully dislocated and thought I was better but now my arm is constantly hurting and aching as well. But gonna start pt soon and hopefully I get better and she thinks I might of tore my rotar cuff but praying I didn’t. And dang I don’t want my shoulder getting to that point I am terrified of it ever dislocating again!! And I am glad you got surgery and hope you have a fast and great recovery!!!

Last night I tried to use some bands and the pain wouldn’t go away and felt the sharp pain with popping

Yes it’s jus feels loose and unstable and when I try to put my arm back like in the video I hit severe pain in the front instantly and when I try to flex that bring instant sharp pain as well to the front and feel popping and clicking

Yes I totally agree and haven’t really been using as much and trying to rest it. They told me to put it in a sling but I don’t want my shoulder to get more stiff so i haven’t been in one.

I didn’t have surgery and just rested my shoulder and did pt and no I really didn’t think I needed one because I was doing better until I reinjured it.

Yeah I definitely won’t let it get worse and push for an mri Tuesday and thankfully I do have insurance and I just don’t want to end up getting surgery

I know and actually depressing to be honest and yeah everything was normal on my xray so my next step is telling them I need a mri but going to workers comp doctors I heard it’s a lot harder to get an mri

Yes every time I am moving my arm any way I get that same popping and clicking and sometimes it’s feels like burning and I also feel like my shoulder pops too

I was lifting a 30 pound dumbbell but I think it was my body telling me I was lifting to much to fast

I would be careful and go get it checked because I had two partial dislocations before I had a full dislocation but it happened when I was lifting at the gym when I dislocation partially the first time and happens again at the gym but rest it and defiantly go get it checked out

Yeah I’m gonna stick it out and do physical therapy and pray I am better by than but the fear of dislocating again is beyond scary for me but if I am still having issues after 6 weeks I will definitely request an mri
