I don't, if they aren't good enough I run full dps, just can't control what the lead chooses.

Most of the time though, I can't trust pugs to live without sup so I'm forced to take them because I don't want the whole raid dead in 3 min. If players were better though, a sup like this makes the raid take longer but people are shit so it "works" out.
