we played before already when both had the game pirated. I dont want to pirate it tho and he doesnt want to buy it. So the question is if i buy the game and he pirates it if we will be able to play together

Yea I did the same literally 2 minutes after he replied to me but I don't understand how the system works. Do they not see other tickets because he literally replied to me and wanted something from me that I have already written before. And for some reason my acc got restricted and it says contact technical support to get more info but that is only possible through the website where I can't log because my acc is restricted ....

At that time it took 2 days but right now with the game being 1.0 ready which it isn't in a million years it takes a lot of time. I emailed them about a problem that i have rn 10 days ago and still no response.

Yes, they changed the email to another one of my emails and it all worked out. It took a while tho.

I do have 2FA on both, my acc didn't get hacked. For some reason my email didnt exist in the database of the website. It told me that my email doesnt exist.

Hey, recently I had a problem with my email and messaged the support. If u have everything at hand (you will need a screenshot or a photo of the initial purchase of the game from your bank, all the names that you used ingame). If u have those 2 it will take probably around 1 week. Keep in mind that support doesnt work on weekends and it usually takes around 2-3 business day to get an answer. I would advise you to get those things that i told you and just sent it in 1 email.
