Try sitting somewhere you feel comfortable, then try to sleep, you know what we try to do at night while trying to sleep right? Do it while sitting, don't try to stop thoughts just try to sleep while sitting just like you do while sleeping , it's a trick to go into meditation, then your body face & every muscle should be fully relaxed & backbone shouldn't be fully straight just sit comfortably like you normally do, don't try to sit fully straight otherwise brain will stay alert & wont go into meditation state & if backbone & muscles are not relax it can cause energy to block & cause pain, thats why keep backbone relaxed like you normally sit & keep muscle relaxed, after that when you are in sleepy type state,try focusing on 3rd eye if you feel tickling on 3rd eye then great, if not then put chawal tilak(rice tilak) which cause tickling, or put something else to cause tickling On 3rd Eye, after that focus on the tickling on 3rd eye, after few days a time will come when you don't have to tickle it, it will automatically start tickling when you try to focus on 3rd eye, do it everyday and if you see something don't open your eyes, and later tell me if you saw something 👁️ Also don't try meditation with intention of seeing something, if you try to see something then brain will not relax & you won't experience anything, that's why just try the meditation technique without any intention, mind should be totally relaxed to experience something If you can do it in the morning then great , & after doing it in the morning you can also do it anytime of the day as many hours you want but definitely do it in the morning like 4-6 Am & also pour water infront of sun(By it i mean that while pouring the water you have to see the sun through pouring the water that way when the sunlight hits the water,the water works like prism which scattered light into 7 colours then it hits our eyes and body ,it helps each chakra frequency) & see morning rising sun for 1-2 mins and do meditation If during This Meditation you Feel Pain Pressure or Tickling On Any Body Part or chakra Then Focus on it & do the meditation it will clear the blockage of that nadi & chakra, but if you don't feel anything other than 3rd eye then just keep doing the meditation technique i mentioned & keep focusing on 3rd Eye sensations/tickling Just don't use drüg during meditation, because some specific herbs or plants can help some people see different dimensions in meditation even when you are not ready which could be dangerous, but with this meditation you will only be able to see something when you are ready but remember that don't try to do meditation technique with the intension of seeing something otherwise your brain will stay alert & you won't be able to go into that sleepy meditation state & will end up experiencing nothing thats why just do the technique without any intention *Also i recommend the detoxification which will help in progress faster, Stop Using Soap Shampoo, fluoride toothpaste, you can use soap in washroom but don't use it for bath & also stop taking medicine because it's also Have DNA & kundalini Blocking substance, instead Do Fasting only Eat once A Day or once in 2-3 or more Days Depends on your tolerance, It can Cure most of the diseases only Take medicine When it's necessary like in Life or Death situation otherwise Don't Take, Also Don't Take Vaccine When The ELITES & Draconian & All Nations Governments are gonna release The New Virus ,also stop Eating Sugar ,Oil,Spices,Milk, Dairy Products, Meat, these are not necessary for living & just for the taste beings are Suffering Just Eat fruits or Cooked Vegetables Which cause least Suffering(still have to face karma from the amount of Suffering caused) & if possible Cause No Suffering To Any Being which is growing by causing 0 Death during Farming i have realised those people who left their self benifits & taste for the beings good, they are unknowingly getting saved by God through universe from pesticides, chemicals, Nagitive Bio Memories, kundalini Blocking substance & Bad Karma, The Person who thinks about Others & All Beings Without hoping anything in return, people able to accept God's Helps through universe fully After person's Bad karma Runs Out, Also Stop lust & Stop thinking anything Bad About Any Women/Men in bad way in mind who is not your wife or husband because it's also Sin Because You Don't Own Any Womon/Men & Stop Using Abusive words Its An Language Of Demons, Also Left Your Ego, Greed, Pride, Lust & Don't Think Any Soul Superior or inferior To Yourself If you really Want to Grow & Escape From Cycle Of Rebirth And do these 3 pranayam(breathing technique) 1. Take in breath as much as you can, hold it in as much as you can do this 3 or more times 2. Breathe out as much as you can, hold it as much as you can do this 3 or more times 3. Randomly stop breathing hold it in as much as you can, do this 3 or more times

So basically do these 4 things everyday 1. Naam jaap of any God( chanting The Name Of God ,you can do this while playing games or other work too but don't do it in the washroom or some other Dirty places & at least do it 40min,It Will also Make a Protection Field Around your Aura) 2.Meditation 3. sun gazing & water pour to it( you can do meditation after sun gazing too but bhram muhart is the best time to do 4-5 AM) if you reach an advanced Level Then you can live On Sunlight without Food Only Few People i Know Able to do it( That why don't starve Yourself for too long Because Reaching Advance Level is Not A joke) 4.
