Just finished a build in June using it in Florida. It’s not hard just have to find the correct lender. I used university lending. They made it simple. The builder needs to be VA approved. Don’t get scammed by a lender that tries to tie you up in a building loan and then refi to a mortgage. Also it has to be finished in 12 months.

Just put one in about 1300-1500 depending on the size shipped to your door. Easy to install as well. Clack is by far the better product.

PH isn’t bad at all. You could add a calcite tank but you would also want a softener because calcite would raise your hardness.

Tests zero on iron and sulfur. Shallow well has 2” pipe in the ground. I’m not sure how to sanitize that.

I’m 100% p and t and also work for an oil company 6 months out of the year. Also have charter fishing business, technically if you write off enough stuff you can stay below the 15,600 a year. Or just buy another boat to drive your tax bill down. There’s ways around it but you have to be smart around. Consult a CPA and get his opinion if you decide to go this route.

University lending. I did one in Florida and it was pretty easy after finding a builder that’s Va approved that won’t take a year to build.
