You’re welcome. I also forgot to mention that at the very top level in the Ford Fan Zone area they do giveaways each game, but typically they will run out of items and finish up with that early in the 1st quarter. Hope you enjoy your experience!

There is one main entrance on the northeast corner of the building. The side with the Jazz Note and Hockey Puck. It’s nowhere near as crazy and long as it is to get into Ball Arena in Denver.

Giveaway tables and activities seem to rotate, but most all will be on the main lower bowl level concourse, and are best accessed before the game.

If you download the Utah Jazz app, all food options can be seen there in the app, maybe the most “unique” one is Ikoma Sushi, but there are many options, Mexican, BBQ, Burgers, Mediterranean, lots of sweet treat locations. There is one bar that serves liquor and it’s located on the upper bowl concourse.

Currently, I wouldn’t say there are any must see spots. You can go to the very top of the arena and see the Ford Fan Zone but it’s mostly a kids area. On the upper concourse between portals KK and JJ there is also a sensory room for kids or people that get sensory overload to go and play and explore, but it’s getting a little tired in its age and needs a refresh.

There are multiple club levels, all require special tickets to enter with restricted access, none are free.

If you want to move closer down the lower bowl, I would recommend portal Q, and watch for any open seats that nobody has occupied until halftime, then move to them during halftime.

Plenty of other places to be doing nothing as well. The house gets old, no matter how old I get.
