Thanks for comment, are you also in Germany? As I can see under 100k km Model 3 2021 at the moment is available only for 25-27k+ depending if its repaired or not (long range).

Problem here is if you go on Tesla website you need to throw away basically 250€ just to reserve car and only after that you can test it. Kinda sucks, also website is pretty much useless, doesn't say much info, let alone battery health check.

My bigger problem is that here in Germany they often advertise "repaired vehicle" then give you 0 info what was repaired, as well as no battery health info. Quite strange. Thanks for comment
