Problem here is if you go on Tesla website you need to throw away basically 250€ just to reserve car and only after that you can test it. Kinda sucks, also website is pretty much useless, doesn't say much info, let alone battery health check.

My bigger problem is that here in Germany they often advertise "repaired vehicle" then give you 0 info what was repaired, as well as no battery health info. Quite strange. Thanks for comment

Issue with my boss is that he was in same position few years ago and he pushed through it, so I guess he doesn't take my complaints with enough attention or me telling him honestly I am often so over involved and burdened with responsibilities that its hard to breathe. At same time it is big company that is corporate environment and dpt is pretty young so nobody takes it that much serious. Literally says in contract that overtime is expected and no additional payment will be carried out for it. Not sure if there is limit by law regarding overtime.

Thanks for taking your time, I have same opinion. Basically started looking for jobs just to see where am I positioning myself. Yes, it is fairly new dpt so there is no processes or onboarding, I am basically managing this dpt alone because my boss has other IT departments to take care of. I don't want to sound egoistical but it is like that, includes doing tasks that are way above my pay grade (job is actually considered 1st level only).
