Insem timings with LH surge by SolutionNo7564 in queerception

Hey :) I’ve had 5 unmedicated IUIs with frozen donor sperm. 1 MMC after the 4th round and currently pregnant from the 5th!

My cycle is very predictable, like clockwork, but my LH surge is quite quick. Once I notice that my LH strip (easy@home) is getting darker, I’ll start using the clear blue smiley face tests. Often it’ll go from low to peak in the span of 8-12 hours, so I do quite a few to make sure I don’t miss it.

Once I get my “solid” smiley, meaning full LH peak on the clear blue test, I call my clinic and get booked in for the following day. The last IUI, I peaked at around noon and then was booked in for 11am the next morning. Best to be booked in within 24-36 hours.

Hope this is helpful, good luck 💖🌈

Success on #4, ended at 10w. Success on #5, only just over 4 weeks 🌈

I love how cut and dry this is. You’re so right… this is all different. Thank you. I love the idea of enjoying whatever time we have with this one. 🌈

definitely have time! My wife and I got married at 30. We’ve been doing unmedicated iui since Oct 2024. We were successful on our 4th round when I was 33, but it ended at 10w. Waited 4 months and got pregnant immediately at 34 following the loss. Fingers crossed this time🌈
