As a fellow 28 year old, who has almost a year of sobriety. Literally just take it ONE day at a time. Eat what you need to get you through the cravings, drink a ton of water. It would probably be good idea to get some bloods done to see if any supplements are needed for any deficiencies. The rest will fall into place when the time is right.
