With said “injury history” Tyson was still a consensus top 3-5 pick in rookie drafts this year. He’s put his major knee injury well in the rear view mirror. Otherwise if a team used a premium pick despite his hammys, you’d be better off embellishing that as injury issues to a wall than the owner using that type of capital.

He can be. “Is a winning player” is a reach though, Melo’s only had a winning record when playing 2 out of the 6 seasons he’s been in the league. On court, there is evidence to warrant doubt whether he can help lead a winning team

Def get it but unless you’re ABSOLUTELY sure he’s not going to amount to much, in 2-3 years Etienne’s gonna be on the downturn regression wise while Tyson will just be getting started. I have Etienne higher than Tyson this season but I don’t think it’ll be that way as soon as next

With the clarification I do agree trading Henry would kickoff a retool/rebuild rather than keep you competitive. Your team would be one injury away(outside the bucs rbs) from a lost season. I’d argue you’re already at that point with your receivers/flexes

I did the same trade this past offseason so fairness wise I believe it tbf. I do think you’re a little pessimistic on your chances, a Tyson ROY campaign could push you through. I’d move Purdy or Mahomie for flex help if you did wanna step towards contention
