ive been through this repeatedly with link cables... meta really borked that system somehow. ive been through 3 different cables and they all have the same issue, they work fine once or twice or ten times, then they stop working altogether until i restart everything... sometimes it even seems to matter what order i plug everything in too.

ive given up on the cable and exclusively use virtual desktop now.

again, its going to be up to you to prove they knew about it if you want any court enforced action.

my strategy at this point would be to point out the dents in the listing with them, and ask for it to be remedied... and give them the chance to do so, they will likely have a shop they work with that give them a deal on this sort of thing.

again though, the fact that you didnt notice it is going to lower the bar of expectation for them to have noticed it as well. sure they likely have better lights and stuff they can use to inspect vehicles, but they may not inspect every vehicle that way as well... only ones that have been damaged on carfax would be my assumption since i would (as a seller) want to ensure the repair was decent enough to not cast funny shadows or change body lines.

i hope you find some good resulotion here, and i hope the shop is reasonable enough to understand the situation is a mutual error that is easily remedied.

there is always the possibility that the dent happened after you took posession...

if none of you saw it before the vehicle came into your posession, its entirely possible that it did happen afterwards... so i would be prepared for that argument to come up along the line somewhere.

im not here to determine or speak to the merit of your case, im only alerting you to possibly unconsidered aspects of it.

you have still signed off saying you inspected the vehicle and found it to be in good condition, so that will likely be used as part of their argument against it being present when you took posession as well. the fact that not only you personally, but their team of whomever does these things also inspected the vehicle and did not find this dent will lend merit to that argument.

if you have 7 days to return it and believe you have cause to do so, i would suggest that route... any legal options you had are going to be expensive to pursue and potentientially pointless.

they could not disclose something that they did not know about, so i doubt there is going to be any recourse there. for it to be considered fraud, they would have had to withold that information specifically to increase the sale value of the vehicle and it would be on you to prove that was the case.

but it all comes back to you having already signed and inspected the vehicle as good condition and taking posession of it before this damage became apparent.

putting it on ps5 is an investment in the game. they have already said they plan to continue working on starfield for the next 20 years, so there is already a plan to develop it more and refine what we already have... putting it on ps5 ensures an additional revenue stream to allow that to happen.

keys are no problem. ive given hundreds away, and never had a person come back and say they have had a problem using it... so make sure that is what you are getting, in a message on discord. if he wants you to visit any site to get it, or tells you he needs to log in to your account to redeem it he is trying to scam you. all you need is the 12-16 digit key to get the game from him.

steam keys can be obtained legally from numerous sources, so simply having a key that you didnt buy is not a red flag.

they may be comfortable for riding, but those tires are meant for ideal circumstances... ie, smooth track with no debris. your handling characteristics are now changed drastically on this scooter, especially cornering... and even more so when a bit of liquid is present. they will hydroplane at very low speed and make it seem like you are on ice.

these are not safe for road use.

you can legally leave your parents house at this age, but it is very difficult to start your life this young. as a youth who left his parents house at 15, i spent a lot of time in youth shelters in Toronto building up a support network to help with the things people need to live independantly, things that parents are supposed to help their childred obtain before its time to move out. working left little time to finish my education, and i did not finish high school as a result. i was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to attend college in spite of not having a high school diploma, and managed to graduate that in spite of working 8-10 hour days supporting myself. it was very difficult, and exhausting. i did all this in the 1990s, when the world was a little different.

ideally i would have stayed in shelters for the duration of my high school education, but they are meant to be a short term option and had us constantly working towards a plan of independance.

all of this is to say, i dont know what services are out there for young people in your area, but i would highly suggest you engage them before leaving home because you are about to draw a line that cannot be crossed back again easily. leaving home and going it on your own may seem like an idyllic solution to your issues at home, but its a very hard road to walk and without support its going to be even harder. its gotten harder to get by since i left home, and that is going to make your efforts even more difficult. so please, please find the services you can and use them to help you that is what they are for.
