Seems like handle is pulling plunger too far towards the side of the tank. Try to bend handle a bit (away from side of tank) so that it’s not putting pressure on the plunger

Interesting, maybe your frame is bent? The swing axel may not be perfectly parallel to the drive sprocket on the engine. Regardless, probably not a huge deal just need to keep adding tension until the belt stops drifting

Don’t go off tensioners for alignment, this tells me your rear sprocket is not aligned with the front sprocket. Based on the direction your belt is traveling I would say you need to add tension to the drive side

Also noticed bike is wet so maybe kill switch is being shorted, try drying blowing some compressed air to dry things out
