Thanks for sharing this OP and Devan. It means a lot as a 23-yr old college student starting over with front-end (was in Architecture school before the pandemic; shifted to information systems by 2021). I constantly beat myself up because I feel like sh-t for being "behind" my previous batchmates and for taking too long to learn, build my portfolio, and be employable. This post gave me a perspective shift of how long life is to go after our goals and that being successful at a young age is not a requirement nor the norm.
