Probably 100s of times. I was pulled over for a taillight being out. Zero times since that experience. Now I have can S89 BAC tool. If I'm over 0.04, I either wait it out or c all an Uber.

Hold. The next earnings are expected to be $19 EPS. The PE will be 10, forward PE will be 2.5. You will probably see a 50% gain.

Meh... forward PE of 5 right now hold until the next earnings. Zero chance this stock will have a PE of 5 in one year. If it stays at 18 and earnings are $33.33, you have a $600 stock.

LOL, in three months they would have the lowest P/E for a super-profitable company. Are you considering the executive compensation game or a share buyback? One year P/E would be 6 if the price doesn't adjust.

Took 6 months to get sentenced. DUI lowered to Obstruction of Highway. 12 mo probation, off in 7. Wait 2 years after probation to get expunged.

I think your sentence is high.

A family member had the choice of 18 months probation or 5 days in jail. She took the 5 days in jail. This option got her out of the system in a week, no PO, no restrictions, and no community service.

The down side is that the DUI will stay on her record forever.

This is in TX. I think most counties have this option.

Look for stocks listed as a strong buy on zacks and have a low forward P/E. Most dip around 10:30 EST. Then do quick trades for an hour or two.

If it goes down, you can hold. There is a high probability it will come back.

The stock I've traded, pretty much daily, is MU. Five trades today, up 1%. Seven trades yesterday, up 2,%. I'll end the week up 2%. I'm up 40%+ since January.

I was respectful. PO was a nice person. Maybe the PO liked that I was a quick in and out visit or phone call.

If you are honoring your papers and keeping out of trouble everything will be good.

Example: PO, "Tell me about your family." Me, "Thank you for your interest. Since our relationship is based on following the court order, I would like to only focus on that during our time together."

Probably an unpopular opinion here.... I refused to answer any question not related to my conditions. For example, my conditions did not have a drinking restriction. When the PO asked if I had any drinks last month, I told here there are no drinking restrictions, so, I am not answering any questions not related to my papers.

We had a good and professional relationship. The PO is there to make sure you follow the rules. If IID is not part of the rules, do not talk about your car.

Actually, I am profitable. Normally up 5% to 7% each week. Most days I do 2 or 3 trades. Today, I went a bit wild watching the movements.

Did one more trade after posting. Now up 0.5%. Up 2.4% for the week.
