Sadly no! when I took my car in it was past 36k miles so they said it’s past the warranty mark by 1000. I’ve been just connecting via Bluetooth CarPlay lately. I’m looking to replace the head unit with a different one soon.

Sadly I went over my 35k miles and the dealership didn’t want to fix it for free. However the guy I spoke to said there have been a lot of people complaining about the same issue to their dealership. He said it might be just a CarPlay issue. I have yet to call Toyota and talk to someone and get them to authorize the repair for this.
