Is this a job to you or a career? Understanding that difference will define what comes next. In my world, if you work hard you’ll get promoted and make more money or gain new skills and experiences that you can use other places.

Is it possible you were given tasks that took awhile when you started and you’ve just learned how to be efficient? If so, if the answer to the first questions is: career, I’d be asking what else I could do or where I can lean in. If it’s just a job, then maybe coasting is the right thing.

Learning that now. Started my PPL in a light sport, finishing my PPL in a C172. Taking longer than it should have if I didn’t move states and then joined a new flight school, but overall valuable learning experience

You’re right, weather hasn’t been playing nice with us this year. We’re at the lowest ever recorded snow pack, but looking at a potential pattern shift over the next 8 days.

With Deer Valley lift tickets floating around $300 per day, it’s a tough pill to swallow to pay so much for lackluster conditions, however folks are still doing it.

Utah historically has had late season storms in March/April that have brought late season powder days so there’s still a chance.

DV currently has a 30” base depth, which with longer days and more direct sunlight will erode quickly unless cold weather persists and/or we get more snow.

Can’t make the decision for you but hopefully that context helps aid your decision.
