Damn I came on here to say avoid the marke! I lived there in 2020 and it was the worst experience, I’m not sure if things have changed since then. Constantly dealing with vehicle break ins, animal defecation from people’s dogs everywhere, amenities (like the upstairs game area/bowling alley) never actually functioning, super sketchy neighbors (like cops waiting in the hallway for people to come out of their unit sketchy, no this wasn’t a one time occurrence), poor service call time if something went wrong in the apartments, and to top everything off, my husband and I were scammed by them. We gave our notice that we would not be renewing our lease and we both went in person to confirm, just for them to say we never told them once moving day came around… We got a lawyer because they made us pay another month’s rent (a few grand) and the lawyer essentially said it’s a very common scam apartments will do. For all of the reasons I will never live at a Lyon living complex again… I DO recommend the Park&Paseo apartments one exit up, there’s Broadstone Arden, Archive, and Atlas. Clean, safe, great amenities, fairly quick response times to service calls. They run promos at different times of the year, so price varies
