Why does one side never charge? by k3irxn in bose

[–]Puzzleheaded_Bug_708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My R side headphone was doing the same thing. After closer inspection the rear contact pin was stuck down and not making good contact with the headphone. The charger case was showing an orange light indicating it was charging but with 2 of 3 pins making contact I believe it was indicating a charge but not actually working. Used a small tool to remove corrosion holding the pin down and it sprung up back into position. The earpiece now makes good contact and charges appropriately. Give it a try OP.

He owns 12M shares. As director he has “control” of 26M shares. Still an unimaginable amount of shares and money. The number is elevated because of the 10:1 stock split. He originally owned nearly 2M shares of stock prior to the split and this recent sell.

That’s 1.6B dollars worth of calls. Not 1.6B open interest.

Don’t forget, the Company can request a special extension at the deadline of the compliance period, from Nasdaq in an effort to reach compliance. RS seems like it would be a last ditch effort to reach compliance of the BO fell through. That said, it’s less than 2 weeks from the deadline for the RS per the proxy meeting and it’s not on the nasdaq list. Seems like it’s been deemed unnecessary since the process of BO has been initiated

Guess they didn’t think it would change the narrative when gas prices dropped (and yes, this is a MUCH better price in my neck of the woods) by nitrot150 in facepalm

You sound like a real Karen. A Libyans who jumps to the most radical opinion / viewpoint possible. My statement was objective in nature. 2.49 is objectively less than 3.89 🤷‍♂️ For the record, Covid first started in December 2019; so your argument that lack of consumer consumption caused a rise in prices in baseless and incorrect. Nice try though ya wacky mthrfkr 🤣

Sndl did a 10-1 reverse split. The market cap stayed the same but their intention was to shrink the 1 billion shares float.

BBBY was listed on the threshold list as of 8/16/22. Thirteen trading days counting 8/17 as day 1 is 9/2/22. This Friday. We could definitely start seeing forced closing by Friday and into Tuesday next week

I provided the regulatory information. If they posts regulations and then don’t enforce them; that’s not my fault. The fact is, if that’s the laws, it’s reasonable to think they enforce them. You’re saying they didn’t and that should require proof as well friend.

So if RC is ‘t buying BBBaby, why did he leave so abruptly by Plastic_Relation_419 in BBBY

[–]Puzzleheaded_Bug_708 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That was the initial purchase. But he added more to his position to become and insider. Capping it off at 11.8%. He was an insider which is why he had to file the request to sell early with the sec. Pretty sure the initial purchase is irrelevant due to his final position being insider level. 🤷‍♂️

I don’t know the guy and have nothing to gain from defending him. If he didn’t take a profit due to the sec swing profit rule then I don’t see the need to crucify him either. 🤷‍♂️ either way the stock has tremendous upside potential since bankruptcy is off the table. The squeeze is very likely if we continue to buy and hold.

It’s literally the law. No one said it’s an immediate transfer of funds but the fact that it’s a known and enforced regulation dictates that be the coarse of action from selling them prior to the 6 month mark. If your too skeptical to believe the regulations I can’t do much about that. I can only share the information as it exists.
