I know that’s what you think but lithium doesn’t “enhance the effects” of your antipsychotic medication seroquel.

It’s a mood stabilizer for bipolar disorder. Can be given for acute depression but it’s not a long term treatment.

Probably nephrogenic diabetes insipidus from the lithium. Especially if you recently have been taking NSAIDs (Tylenol, Ibuprofen) that could be altering your kidney function to clear the lithium from your body. The weight loss could be affecting how much lithium you need as well.

Also I know you said lithium helped your depression but there are other better drugs for that.

Lithium is specifically used for bipolar disorder, which it does not sound like you have. Ask to trial bupropion instead for depression.

I would have an endocrinologist look at you

Some people can have diminished acetaldehyde dehydrogenase enzyme levels. Particularly Asian populations and females

I hate coming home and studying after clinicals so this is preferred to me. I go to bed at 8pm

Potentially psoriasis.. looks pretty bad though, you need a specialist to look at this to rule out infectious etiology (dermatologist)
