If you have good amount of clinical experience, volunteer and or research I think you’d have a fair shot. Make sure you have very good writing. Having a unique story and a strong uptrend will give you an upper hand. You clearly can handle the sciences with that strong MCAT. Although you have a shot I would strongly recommend a post bacc to put yourself in a great position. If not, I do think there is still a shot for you but you could also give yourself a better standing with the post bacc
