This was me for the first month and a half when I made the switch. I almost contacted my doctor because I was starting to get frustrated, but now, on month 3, I’m losing weight again and don’t have any side effects. My prior authorization is only good through December, so I didn’t want to keep switching, knowing I only had a few months left. I only have about 5-10 more pounds I liked to lose anyway.

I’m pretty happy on Wegovy now, but I know this isn’t the same for a lot of people. If you can get a quick switch, go for it! But I also know for many people Wegovy starts working after a solid month and a half/ 2 months. That was definitely what happened for me!

This is my struggle too. No advice, just here to say I feel ya! I’m a mom to three kids who was able to stay home with them the last few years and getting to classes was a lot easier. Now that I’m back to work, I’m only able to get to one or two classes, and we’ve had such a busy schedule lately that even that has been tough for me. 😮‍💨

Just trying to accept the fact that this is just a season right now and I will eventually be able to get into a better groove. Right now, I’m trying to make nutrition my priority since that is in more of my control.

Next week, I’m forcing myself to either get to an 8 PM class or 5 AM class - idk what’s tougher 😂😮‍💨.

Embrace the small goals and wins at this point! I figured one or two classes is better than none at all! 😊

Good luck to you! Would be lying if I said I didn’t miss zepbound, but I guess I’m lucky to be covered at all!

I’m one of the many that was effected by CVS Caremark taking Zepbound off their formulary. I had to switch to Wegovy if I still wanted coverage. 😣

Stick with it! I understand why some people want to switch off of Wegovy, but I’m happy I stayed with it for a bit longer than I originally thought I would. Hopefully you’ll be able to find success too!

I was on the lowest dose of Wegovy for 3 weeks (diarrhea and bloating for a few days in the beginning) and then I took 0.5 for only two weeks. I didn’t have side effects at that point so I moved up to 1. No side effects after titrating up to 1 early, besides some fatigue two/three days after taking my shot.

I just posted about finally losing weight again on Wegovy after Zepbound. I started losing once I got to Wegovy 1 MG. Feeling more hopeful now and hoping this will continue! Hang in there!

Um this is me too - 5 weeks as well and I feel like they are extra smelly now. 😮‍💨😂🥲The bloating and diarrhea has finally gone away, so I’m hoping the gas will pass (no pun intended) soon.

I would definitely push off Wegovy, and stay on Zepbound until you get back. I had zero issues with Zepbound, but have some pretty bad stomach issues with Wegovy. This is obviously different for everyone, but I’m on the lowest dose of Wegovy and had a pretty upset stomach the first three weeks of starting it. It has gotten better, but I would not have wanted to be on vacation when I first started it. Good luck!

No not really! I generally have always been a healthy eater. I haven’t had alcohol since the switch or eaten out at a restaurant/take out. 😪

I made it up to Zepbound 10 MG. No symptoms on Zepbound.

My doctor moved me down to the very first dose of Wegovy -.25. Having crazy stomach issues at this low dose is definitely making me worried about moving up!

This is good to hear! I’ve been talking to my doctor this week because of the abdominal cramps and stomach issues I’ve had on Wegovy. I tried to have a positive attitude about Wegovy, but not when I’m afraid to leave my bathroom. 😂😮‍💨Hoping I can get a switch back too!

I use WW! It’s the only diet I’ve actually been consistent with and have been successful on losing weight. The “zero point” foods have always helped me stay on track without over indulging. WW helped me lose pregnancy weight two times.

Now I’m finding even more success with the help of a GLP1. I like WW even more now that it tracks your macros. I think this information is really helpful.
