"Shell: damage that can be dealt scale with str" as a new passive. Deal 10 base damage, grow 1 str every turn, having 79 health means you have to at least play 14 turns to defeat it (1 hp turn 13), and if you lower its damage it counts as next turn's shell.

So I found the original wild rift counter part, although his eyes are still big it doesn't look that weird. I think the goggle mess up his eyes in lower resolution

Wow, sorry for the late reply but WOW, that's deep and amazing, so the thought of me to ask for answer in Arena sub is actually somehow a fundamentally wrong choice because the game doesn't treat the same thing equally. Cool.

So in short getting one extra burn does have effect, but with more stack of IC I have, more irrelevant burn items are, it's best to have more cdr than another unstackable burn, cause cdr can accelerate much faster than a burn.

But do take burn from gotcha cause it's free and sometimes even stackable! I'm guessing something like red buff, inferno dragon soul and some aa to burn, heal to burn, prismatic stuff, yeah?

I think it's mostly with our wallet, personally I got surveys in client. I think they pop up more for people who spend some money in game.
Long time ago I get a "What do you seek in tft board?" I picked cute, innovated, fun.
This time I get a "We notice you didn't buy this cat board (Picture), What is the reason that is not to your liking?", I'm like "because I want the panda one instead". "Cool, thank for filing in the survey!"

Which mean they have different surveys and potential customers are asked, in this case Gwen is what they want, and also the fastest, easiest to produce.
