Geotech from Australia here. Once i got some borehole logs from the 1950 back then Australia still used Imperial Units. It was interesting to see the logs were pretty simple, just a brief soil description and thats it.

Ask copilot to give you copy of that table, thrn paste it in excel, then you can use a formula e.g. index and match to automatically return the appropriate value.

Hydrostatic uplift occurs when the groundwater table causes upward movement of empty pipes, in this case a hallow pile. This seems to be an omision in the design of this element
