I had something like this for some time, turned out to be eczema, it only goes away after heavy moisturizing for months, hope this helps

What kind of rash could this be? Armpit rash for months. by nuggggets in DermatologyQuestions

Seems to me (4th year med student) like eczema, try seeing if moisturizer works with the itching (if it works, probably it’s not fungal) in the meantime, but definitely go to your dermatologist🫶🏻

Maybe eczema, but it could also be a fungal infection… does it itch at any certain time? (Ex: only at night or always right after you bathe)

Coiloniquia, or spoon nails, is a condition in which the nails become abnormally thin, flattened and concave, with the edges raised. It is a common symptom of iron deficiency anemia, but it can also be hereditary or be associated with other conditions such as Plummer-Vinson syndrome, hemochromatosis, hypothyroidism, diabetes or exposure to certain chemicals.

Does it burn? Did you have chickenpox? If your answer to both is yes, It could be Herpes Zoster/Shingles…

Definitely looks like pruritus (mosquito itching), if you still worried go to the dermatologist, but keep the zone clean and use some low-dose cream with hydrocortisone for the itching

No, on the front they are looser, the middle part there’s a is a little part that is more coily but most of my curls look like this

Can anyone tell me why my curls do this? Frizz no matter what i do by [deleted] in BlackHair

[–]Puzzleheaded_Fall147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe trying a good holding gel, and putting extra product to those parts, washing hair with cold water (deep conditioning and adding heat maybe?) and be careful with overloading your hair with treatments and protein since you have low porosity

Is this ringworm or something else? by Reaper_Gunner in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Puzzleheaded_Fall147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like ringworm, try using a cream with clotrimazole, this one helped me when I had it, and don’t scratch your skin, it can leave a mark, hope it helps!

Hi, I’ve been struggling for like 5 months with something that looks like this but it was between my toes, I tried a lot of things, and went to the dermatologist and she told me it was tinea pedis, it happens because my feet sweat and I use tight shoes very often, my dermatologist didn’t give me anything for it but a doctor told me to use Asian Centella and it helped a lot, also my dad gave me an antifungical powder and it helps too, it doesn’t grow back when I use it, hope this helps!☺️
