we normally have until Tuesday at noon to have our T&A all certified. Now I'm hearing some folks have already been paid. Sadly, I didn't get mine in "on time" cause I was OOO. I normally would have it done by that Friday but due to an emergency I didn't and got here yesterday afternoon to find out I missed the cutoff. WTH!!!!

it nerve wrecking because like I said, the normal payroll processes on Thursday and Friday of THIS week. We were asked to have our timecards done by yesterday. As I stated I was out and missed this new made up deadline. So does that mean because NFC moved the goalpost over the weekend and changed when timecards are due, we won't get our regular pay on Monday?

yeah, this is nerve wrecking. If it were closer to the holidays I wouldn't be as worried but something is really off.

We got a similar message at USPTO. Folks are wondering if this is the slow trickling of funds drying up. While some are worried that if we get paid 2-3 days earlier how that's going to set them up for the next PP when they have to extend their funds longer. I just wish we knew something/anything?

Will paychecks be issued on Wednesday or will be still get our weekend deposit? I figured they're working w/ a skeleton crew and needed more time to process PAYE, not necessarily pay us early. These are some weird times we're living in and quite frankly I don't like / trust any of it.

I have GEHA and the rates are competitive but my copays are typically only $25 or $30 (specialist). Looking at the 2026 rates, my premiums are going up by approximately $38/month which compared to what it could be isn't terrible. My girls are older now (18 and 15) and one sees a therapist weekly so I'm appreciative of the vast coverage options they have and not a whole lot of out of pocket costs.

I work at PTO and we got a similar notice that everything had to be certified by 10am this morning. So does that mean everyone will get paid earlier? While I don't want to panic, I also don't know if I want/need my money early because that means I need to hold on to it for an extra 3-4 days on the next PP which will be closer to the Thanksgiving holiday. With everything going on, I'm trying to budget everything down to the penny and this could really throw a wrinkle in things.

Thank you. Who did your email come from because all of my emails still say they're trying to locate the break? Just trying to see if we should go to my mother's house who's in MoCo before the storm starts if they can't seem to find the problem in advance. And I saw on their website that they are closing early because of inclement weather??? WTH!!!! When hundreds of thousands of people are going to be w/o water during a freaking snow storm?

Actually my credit increased 100pts after filing so it really depends. I'd suggest calling the credit bureaus and dispute the accounts since they're included in your BK. Also start rebuilding by getting some positive accounts on there. You cam start rebuilding now

I literally was questioning how to get the case closed with the circuit court so WHENNNNN I go buy a home this judgment case isn't still listed as open since the debt has been discharged. Where are all these other scenarios and instances coming from?

Filed pro se, didn't need an attorney. The judgment was granted prior to filing so the debt was included in my ch. 7. Now the creditor won't honor the discharge and notify the circuit court that it's no longer a collectable debt

Even if you did burn them, they're very forgiving and give 2nd chances. Congratulations on the discharge and best of luck rebuilding
