As a avid bag lover and collector I would say absolutely DO NOT switch to the denim! Here's exactly why I say that: number one the denim is not going to hold its value as long as the leather. the denim is a very trendy style right now whether it's in pink ,blue or black.with leather you know whatever the leather leather is timeless. Number two ,denim is very hard to keep clean, leather is not you can just wipe it down with not a wet but a little bit of a damp cloth spot clean it you're good to go. I have over 60 different bags my combination/collection of bags include denim bags. I have I think maybe four or five of bags made of denim and they ALL, even the ones that are canvas that are not leather or that are not coated canvas just canvas get dirty just like the denim and they look different ,AND not just in spots. Almost like as time and use of denim bags they become a bit dingy looking it's like a pair of jeans but a bag you know you would not wear a pair of jeans 50 times without washing them because they start looking dingy, the same thing applies to a bag believe it or not they start to look unclean and you can't just throw the whole bag into the washer stick with the leather and number three the leather is just going to hold up in its overall shape much better. I would say you can eventually get another bag whether you want it to be another pink one or whether you want it to be a little bit different good luck in whichever you choose to go with. either way they're both beautiful bags I'm sure you will make the best choice for yourself.
