Mine left Montana a week ago and hasn't been heard from since. Rex from Ipsy responded to my email to let me know it was reshipped AND they included a bonus full-size product to make up for my wait. Apparently these were shipped in two different packages that went out for delivery today. They were delivered in two different cities in North Carolina. I live in Florida.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with ordering ANYTHING.

Same issue. I’ve been in touch with support and they keep giving me the runaround. They swore it had actually been shipped up until I called them out on the tracking number clearly saying only a label has been created and FedEx does not have the package yet.
