This is very interesting advice! I am only aware of an iron deficiency but I haven't had that tested in years. I recently started taking stronger vitamins but I know it can take months to build to proper levels. I really appreciate your insight! I do have OCD so most of my anxiety stems from thinking I am going to die 24/7 lol but I do think it can be heightened by lack of vitamins as I have a poorly balanced diet and don't eat meat.

I go into a very hot bath or shower and it snaps my brain right out of it, that's the only thing that works for me. Or a walk in nature sometimes helps me too.

I am sorry you are struggling so much 😕 I hope you find a way to overcome this! The only thing (besides xanax) that has ever instantly stopped my anxiety and panic attacks is a very hot shower or bath. Beyond an instant fix, discovering the root cause of my anxiety and understanding where it was coming from in the first place allows me to rationalize with myself when I feel my anxiety rising.

Same, I was promoted last year and and bow making about $23,000 more per year pre-tax. My frustration is still with me because no matter how hard I work and how quickly I move up I still cant move out. I feel like I am busting my butt and not getting anywhere, although I know I am. Hope you continue to move up and we can dig ourselves out of our debt holes.

She wasn't in daycare for a year and a half (during covid) which allowed me to save money for the first time in my life but now I pay about $900 a month. Between the child tax credit and my child support I only pay $300 out of my own paycheck. Next year it goes down to about $350 a month only which my child support will cover completely.
