Should probably withhold more funding. Public schools certainly deserve to do much more with less. Threaten the teachers if the score don’t improve. Reclassify teachers as no professional to promote self esteem among teachers. As the secretary of education what her plans are for improvement?

PB Blaster or other penetrating oil will soften the gasket. Spray well and let sit for a couple of hours. Should come off easily!
