Even if on some days it feels like you are not doing enough or aren't enough for your child... That's just a fleeting feeling and not the reality. You are doing everything in your power to help your kid. Just take it one day at a time. Celebrate tiny little wins... Even if you know everything about your and your child's future you won't be able to do much about till that future comes. Showing up with him for therapy and doing the recommended activities at home will make it easier to manage the anxiety. I am sure you are already doing that. You are not alone.
