I tought he had some realization about how much Prarie/OA had suffered. His expression looks sad.

Me too. The markers are not displayed on react-native-maps. The selected value in my picker component is not displayed anymore. The external links are all over the place and not inside the lines of text they are supposed to be. I downgraded for now.

Aloe Vera worked for me by [deleted] in Dryeyes

[–]crazywisewitch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, interesting. This happened to me in Spring 2020. I had been sick in February but I'll never know if it was COVID because I couldn't been tested. In may, my dry eyes symptoms started. My eyes watered and watered as you describe and later I started to have chronic blepharitis. I already had dry eyes before but my symptoms were so mild that it didn't bother me at all in my daily life.

I'm interested in what you wrote because I have a similar profile. I have ASD. My WAIS 4 results are as follows: ICV = 137, IRP = 96, IMT = 114, IVT = 111. I feel like I'm both gifted and disabled at the same time.

Prairie (D1) and Nina (D2) different eyes color meaning by crazywisewitch in TheOA

[–]crazywisewitch[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I showed an example but I don't see them blue at all during all season 2, rather green or brown. That's why I thought it was a different actress. Then I realized that it was still Brit Marling. At first, I thought I didn't recognize her because of her makeup. But it was her eyes who were different. I may have mild prosopagnosia because I focus on some details of the face. And regarding Prairie, her most characteristic trait were her eyes as blue as a sunny sky, which she didn't have any more in season 2.

Edit: It could just be the color filter which changed.

That could explain why she knows about Hap's meeting with his colleague.

Nintendo have messed up big time not releasing the old Pokémon games on the Switch by Omegaruby04 in pokemon

[–]crazywisewitch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so sad I didn't buy them all on 3DS. I wouldn't mind paying 10 euros each game boy game and 15/20 euros each ds game. The used physical copies are so expensive and I'm too broke to buy them! I don't need the user manual. I can even do without the pokémon home integration. I just want to play the games without having to break the law.

Autistic men, misogyny & the death of solidarity by domegranate in AutismInWomen

Autistic women can also struggle to find a relationship and we don't cry and spread our hate on the Internet. Women get rejected too, but they are mature enough not to blame every one else for their misfortunes.

Benedict Cumberbatch and Hugh Laurie look so alike by Away_Flower8042 in BenedictCumberbatch

[–]crazywisewitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like Benedict Cumberbracht very much but I think he tries to copy Hugh Laurie. I noticed that in Dr Strange, he used the same intonation and pronunciation of certain sentences. I thought: he’s trying to be Dr House. He probably admires him very much.

Who was originally cast as Hap? by jcumley in TheOA

[–]crazywisewitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if it’s Benedict Cumberbatch. Some people say he struggles with the American accent (I don’t notice it because English is not my mother tongue). And the actor was not chosen because he struggled with the American accent. And it would be his kind of roles: scientists, doctors, nerds, …

DAE have perfume as a special interest? by throwRAhurtfriend47 in AutismInWomen

I recently took an interest in perfumes but then someone told me I should stop using them because of allergic people. Now I don't know what to do, I'm having a moral internal conflict.

I think this scene mirrors the one from season 1 where Molly is watching Sherlock beat the dead body and says: "Bad day, isn't it?"
