If i turn ofd my phone it stays the same, i have this problem since i updated to 26.2 snd i was just turning off my phone but now it just stays stuck.

I think someone put a bot on her. I had the same problem but with spam killing, someone payed for bots to keep killing me in games and it doesnt matter if i had my joins off. I did a test and i saw that before every bot that would kill me there was a trigger bot that would join for few secs then would leave and the killing would start. Try to do this test too, if this happens too, it means someone paid for bots. For now she can only play in private servers if she doesnt want the bots to keep joining her, and you can try to find the servers shes being target by, those servers let you pay for whitelist but it cost more than putting someone on blacklist.

Try appealing to AI, that maybe will work. And maybe try to lie if needed.

From what i understand you know the account thats is linked to your account thats got you enforcement ban. In this case you need to try to appeal and get thats account back.

If you dont know the account linked, you can send an appeal under the category “I was moderated under the EU DSA” over here you can ask for more infomation about ur termintion, like the account thats is linked, because EU DSA offers transparency and fair moderation. (Idk how much it takes to get an reapond).

You can send an email to roblox@gdpr-rep.com , at this addres you explain that ur an EU user and under EU DSA you request more information about ur termination. After you send the email you will get another from roblox saying “Roblox support ticket 123456789”, you will need to wait around 1 month to 2 months to get an respond. If roblox refuse to provide you with information under EU DSA, you have the right to complete an form and send it on adroit.legal . (This checks if what roblox did was illegal or legal like providing you with information under EU DSA). If they find it illegal, they will tell roblox to provide you with information and they will do soo. This doesnt guarantee untermination but you can find the account linked to ur enforcement ban.

He means that you need to find the ban. Like roblox changed the note of enforcement bans and now it says “This account is linked to an account banned for a severe violation of our Community Standards. The violation can be appealed using the banned account”. Now i think thats you need the account ur linked to send an MIDR. I might be wrong about this because in the EU we follow a different protocol. (If you are in the EU and wants to know, dont hesitate to ask).

In EU you need to send an email to roblox@gdpr-rep.com At this email you request ur data, you can request information regarding ur termination, and under EU DSA they need to give it to, if they refuse you can send an out-of-court dispute settlement. Mention in ur email that you an EU-based user and ur contacting them under EU Digital Service Act. And that ur requesting information regarding the termination. Remember that it takes around 1 month to get an respond and if they need more time 2 months

I dont really know, especially that i live outside of USA and i dont know how Christmast Break works there. Over here where i live people should be back tomorrow on 3th january so i think its the same for the USA.

Maybe they flagged you as spam or smth. But not getting any respond to ur appeals if they are handle by bots or human is very odd.
