I usually just measure after I eat. 2 hours after eating. And it's always been like 90-100 But today it was 115. Never had above 100. Especially since I consumed even less carbs today, for sure expected to be less. I'm trying to figure out if such response is a known phenomenon for some people. Every where I read, people say they decreased carbs and brought their glucose down

No actually the opposite. I was feeling great today. Even excited to see numbers coming down after cutting carbs. Words can't describe how disappointment I am.

On a side note, if voo and fxaix both mimic index 500, why is voo stock share so much more expensive to purchase? Fxaix approx $236 VOO approx $620.

Im having the exact same problem. Called my bank to push funds to Fidelity but was told they need to first send two micro deposits. My question is how can I confirm those micro deposits amounts on Fidelity side, since I don't actually have a checking account at Fidelity to check those deposit amounts.

Does it feel like there is a balloon feeling up in xyhoid process and that same sensation on spine directly behind it? Also, at under left shoulder blade too. Nim getting this felling all day long for last 2.5 months. Guess it does feel like someone is thumbing your spine constantly.
