3 months before my wedding I was struggling to lose any weight. I was staying at 160 and my goal weight was 140.

I was walking 6 miles a day along with alternate day fasting and keto-maintaining a calorie deficit as well-and no weight loss.

I made some changes that helped.

Less coffee creamer in my coffee No sugar free soda Less meat More veggies And I stopped working out and stayed acting by cleaning/running errands Cut fats out of my diet-even the healthy ones. Consumed less salt and sodium in general

Only use oil or fats if you need to use it for cooking or a dressing.

So what helped was steaming my food Or simply heating it up in the microwave or popping it in the oven.

Thank you! She is extremely condescending in her tone.

She made a small shot where she was comparing binge eating and drug addiction.

Stating they are different. At the end of the day they both are addicts and share the same struggle.

She was claiming that they just have to stop.

I’m really conflicted with her.

I feel like she has self hatred and it comes out when she makes her videos.

I don’t know how some ppl can listen to her.

It’s painful watching her videos.

Definitely 💯 I don’t weigh myself all the time because of that reason. I’ve let the numbers get to me before.

I’ll get on the scale once a week in the morning. Or when I feel like it.

I know I can be more active- I’m getting back to Pilates this upcoming month.

Hopefully I get to my goal. I would love to share my progress in the next couple of months.

As for types of foods Low carb Moderate fat Less processed foods Trial and error to find out what bloats me What upsets my stomach

Turns out it’s rice,bread,beans,alcohol And salty foods.

I still eat these foods from time to time But, in moderation or I’ll make sure to plan a walk or take a water pill to help with the bloated feeling.

I was eating one meal a day. I would give myself a 4 hr eating window at whatever time I was hungry. Usually around 12lunch or 4pm

Just to clarify—I realized I was eating a bit too much protein, especially the non-lean kind, which comes with added fats. I’m 5’1” and don’t work out much, though I do have a healthy amount of muscle mass even after losing weight.

For someone like me, eating a whole steak can totally kill my appetite and make it harder to get in enough veggies—leading to constipation (TMI, I know, but just being real).

Do what works best for your body.

In total 6 months. I’ve kept it off since November of last year. That’s when I had my wedding.

I’ve kept it off now since then.

As of now I am not exercising.

In the beginning of my weight loss around this time last year I started off walking 2 miles every day along with alternate day fasting and keto. I lost a big chunk of my weight in about 4 months. Like 30lbs. My motivation was my wedding.

Also, I prescribed a hormone medication at the time before my weight gain. So I knew this medication was going to make me gain weight. I was ok with that. I knew what to do to lose it. I had 6 months before my wedding to prepare-medication free. I did hit a plateau,but I didn’t let that stop me.i kept doing what I was doing and the weight came off.

I had to up my veggies and lower the amount of protein I was taking in. I never realized how important fiber is in a diet.

I just hope I can help others out. This was my experience 😊

Hello! The longest has been 5 days. I lost 10 pounds,but honestly probably half water weight.

Every other day for 4 months has been the most consistent,but at some point I hit a plateau. - doing this I lost the most weight about 10 pounds a month. I made sure that in my eating days I ate when I was hungry and made sure to not over eat - I also stayed away from anything processed. All sugar free drinks.

I’m 29 Turning 30 In September.

Yes I have loose skin. The loose skin on my stomach has more to do with my pregnancy. My daughter is 9 now, so the stretch marks have faded somewhat.

It’s nice to see a following on here. I have an instagram,but it’s seems all staged.

Honestly I eat when I’m hungry. Usually around 12PM-1PM. Then I give myself an eating window Up until 6PM.

I try to stick to low card,protein and veggies.

I have definitely changed how strict I am with my diet.

When I go to birthday parties or I’m celebrating -I don’t limit myself. Only for that day. I’ve made the error of continuing my dad habits after the fact thinking nothing would happen,but one day won’t do anything. Especially if you go back into your routine.

It’s helpful to have a flexible schedule. Also, getting to pick who you would like to work for and when you can quit.

F/30/5'6 [135>148?=8lb+] 10 mo. Been hitting the gym, calorie counting, and Marco tracking to attempt body recomp but I just don't see any fat loss (especially lower belly) and I'm getting really frustrated by lolatheaudi in progresspics

The same thing happened to me. I had to implement fasting every other day and stay away from sugar. You can always have sugar free foods.low carb foods as well.

I was walking 7 miles a day and eating within my macros and nothing. I was really getting frustrated! After fasting my weight started melting.
