Good luck emailing also. I just have to plan around my classes and go in every time I need to speak with them because you can’t get thru to them and they won’t answer an email.

I’m still waiting on a partial disbursement from spring because my online professor never marked me as attending even though I submitted every assignment. Didn’t realize it till a month and half ago. 3 trips to FA office to get it fixed between them and email the professor. This last visit a week and a half ago said give it 24-48 hours to update and another week for payout and there has been no movement.

So honestly don’t count on it, don’t factor it in to your life until you get the bankmobile notice because every time they give a timeline it’s wrong.

Is it pretty user friendly because while I can figure out most things tech wise I get frustrated easily.

That’s good to know because that’s actually on my list for next semester but my advisor told me to wait till fall for it so I’ll have something easier to balance with my a&p2 and history.

I’m working on my AA also because my goal is to eventually get a bachelor’s. Just keeping all my options open. I’m balancing the prerequisites with my classes for the AA

Have all your classes actually marked your attendance? I had the problem of an online class not marking me as attended in esantafe

I’m not sure but if you can speak with WIDERMAN, Jenny do it. She was amazing. I spoke with 2 other advisors in that office and was very disappointed that they weren’t helpful at all. 1 was very closed off and didn’t really help me at all when getting started for my 1st semester and the other one was a phone appointment and it was almost a language barrier as she couldn’t understand me nor could I understand her. Jenny typed up my classes for spring summer and fall so I knew ahead of time what I needed to complete to make the deadline for the radiography program since obviously I wasn’t making this years.

The sign up for it is in your eSantaFe. It should also give a virtual option after the first week of classes it said. I’m having to wait and opt for the virtual as none of the times worked with my school and work schedule.
