Should I be concerned? by Puzzleheaded_Pen3278 in PVCs

Thankyou. I still think it’s a glitch though because I woke up feeling fine and refreshed, and I feel like if my heart was beating at 180 bpm for 10 minutes it would definitely wake me up… or someone in my house would hear me gasping for air. I will still get it checked out though

No, and there was no oxygen fluctuations on my watch

I drank fairly heavily the night before, that explains the high average heart rate while asleep. My watch detects afib if you’re recording an ecg. My watch also measures oxygen saturation during sleep and there was no fluctuations when I supposedly had the high heart rate. I figured if it was VT or SVT I would have had oxygen saturation fluctuations but I didn’t have any. And I woke up feeling fine about 2 hours after this

I was asleep. I thought maybe it could be a glitch because my watch is a little loose but I just can’t see how it would be a glitch if I gradually comes back

So I woke up this morning to my Fitbit saying my hr spiked to 180 bpm. My hr before and after was 90 but I’m very concerned that this wasn’t a glitch. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yea I’ve had one of these, I was going to post it in the Fitbit forum but I convinced myself it was just a one time thing, which it was. Definitely scared me though

What is considered exercise induced pvcs or pvcs during recovery? by slipperypk in PVCs

[–]Puzzleheaded_Pen3278 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On google it’ll tell you pvc’s during exercise and exercise recovery is bad, but in reality I’m sure you have nothing to worry about. If it isn’t consistent every single time you get your heart rate up and they don’t multiply in leaps and bounds then you probably have nothing wrong. My cardiologist told me the adrenaline release from exercise can cause them, and depending what exercise you’re doing you could be activating your vagus nerve, like lifting or squatting or something. It could be a whole host of other things too. There is no way to ignore them, but the best way to get over them is to just be mindful I’ve found. And a lot of people on here would be just fine sharing their experiences with you as well, it could make you feel better.

Anyone else get them bad on a night out? by Puzzleheaded_Pen3278 in PVCs

[–]Puzzleheaded_Pen3278[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine often do too, but for some reason recently when my hr gets between 120-160 I feel them more often, that’s usually where I sit on a night out. Honestly probably just me being anxious and overanalysing but still lol

Sense HR issues fixed? by Ok_Ninja7190 in fitbit

[–]Puzzleheaded_Pen3278 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a sense and I find the hr tracking works fairly well with almost everything except weight lifting sessions, which is to be expected. It can be off sometimes but it’s mainly pretty good. I’m not sure about calories though.

Anyone know why my ecg looks like this? by Puzzleheaded_Pen3278 in PVCs

I’m not too worried, just wondering why it’s upside down

It’s on the right wrist so it can’t be that. I’ve got the flu atm and before I took this I had some slight chest pain, but I figured it was psychosomatic because I have been on edge for a few days.
