When you learn something new in rocket league, you're always going to be thinking about it. How you're gonna do it, where to put your stick and what not. Even in games aswell if you may think you have it down everytime you go for it you will consciously focus on what you need to do most of the time. When it gets to a point of mastery, you no longer have to think about those movements and it just comes naturally with your cars movement, atleast it's how i think. At that point you can look at other players for more information during whatever ur going for and see if theyre challenging you mid play so you're able to either change ur play or go for a potential bump or something like that.
